Latest development in the Mandalay Industrial & Trade Center is the Garden City Apartment Complex that started construction in 2017 with the aim of producing affordable apartment for the middle-class people.
The units are built across 15 towers totaling 780 units. A facility management team will manage the estate. The complex will have various amenities such as convenience store, food court, training schools and clinics.
